At The Aww Shop, every product is created or curated with care by our community of autistic and ADHD artists and partners. Because many of our items are custom-made or one-of-a-kind, we handle returns carefully to ensure fairness to both our creators and customers.

Custom, Personalized & Curated Items

Due to the nature of our custom and curated products, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes:
• Personalized, made-to-order, or commissioned designs
• Limited-edition or artist-curated collections
• Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

Digital Downloads & Paper Products

All digital downloads, printable files, templates, and paper products (including journals, coloring books, invitations, and stationery) are non-refundable once purchased. Access to digital items is granted immediately after checkout and cannot be revoked once delivered.

Eligible Returns

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our chat box or Contact Us page.
When submitting a message, please include your order number, photos of the item, and detailed information so we can review your request promptly.

Store Credit & Processing

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit can be applied toward any future purchase on our website. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved, a new order will be processed for you once the return is completed.
